Accreditation Status

On July 11, 2013, we received an official letter from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) that our residency program was accredited for ten years, the maximum number of years granted by the ACGME. The ACGME is the accrediting organization for all allopathic residencies in the United States, and we are honored and excited to receive such a strong affirmation of our training program.

We received osteopathic recognition on July 1, 2017 and continue recognition on September 17, 2021. We strive to provide the highest quality education for all of our residents, both allopathic and osteopathic. It is gratifying to know that the ACGME Review Committees that oversee our training program have been impressed with the highest standards met by our hospital leadership, faculty, and residents and have granted us the maximum accreditation allowed.
