Application & Resident Requirements

• All applicants must possess a PharmD degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited school of pharmacy and be eligible for licensure in Missouri
• Copy of official school transcript
• Curriculum vitae
• Letter of intent
• Three references (two letters from APPE preceptors and one letter from previous employer or faculty member strongly encouraged)
