Residency Requirements & Application Procedure

Letter of intent should include how a residency will support your career goals, why the SSM Health – Saint Anthony’s Hospital – Oklahoma City residency program is a good fit, and any other information about you that we should consider when reviewing your application.

Application Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
• PharmD degree preferred
• Oklahoma license or eligibility for Oklahoma license

To apply for the program, please submit your application through the PhORCAS system.
