Benefits
Salary: Competitive and maintained at market value, reviewed annually.
Visa Sponsorship: Processing and renewal fees covered by program through SSM Health and its Legal Department.
Vacation: 21 calendar days paid vacation. May be taken as three one 14-day + one 7-day vacation or three 7-day vacations. A continuous 3-week vacation will not be permitted.
Insurance: Medical, vision and dental insurance, including prescription benefits, are available to all SSM employees and their families. Life insurance and disability insurance are also available if desired.
Professional Liability: Malpractice insurance coverage is provided.
Parking: Free parking near the hospital is provided.
Meals: Meals are not fully reimbursed. Annual meal stipend is provided and allocated with biweekly salary.
Housing: Excellent, affordable and safe housing is readily available in the area near the hospital. Housing expenses are the resident’s financial responsibility.
Moving Expenses: Residents may apply for reimbursement of a portion of their expenses incurred in relocating to St. Louis as outlined in employment contract.
