Salary

| Administrative Chief Resident Stipend (Paid in two Installments) | $4000 total to be divided evenly if more than one administrative chief resident |
Time Off
208 hours annually inclusive of vacation, sick leave, ERF, and Holidays.
Meals
$2,000 will be given at the beginning of each academic year per resident to help off-set the cost for meals while working. The $2,000 will be taxed accordingly.
Educational Resources Fund (ERF)
HOSPITAL shall pay a ERF allowance of One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,500.00) which may be used for the purchase of books, COMLEX III exams, USMLE III Exams, electronic device, board certification, and approved ERF conference registration, flights, meals, hotel, transportation, and meals. The $1,500.00 will only be paid by receipts. If the total amount is not spent, the remaining amount does not carry over to the next academic year. Receipts must be turned in within thirty days of the purchase for reimbursements. A daily per diem amount will be set prior to the approved ERF conferences for the cost of meals.
Professional Liability Insurance
Residents are provided with Professional Liability Insurance coverage ($1 million/ $3 million) during the performance of their contractual duties.
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
Health, dental, and vision coverage must be purchased by the resident. We have several options to choose from. A form will be provided to inform you of all the options available.

Disability and life insurance are provided at no charge.

Relocation Expense
Up to $500 will be reimbursed for moves from outside the Oklahoma City metro area upon receipts.
Moonlighting
Moonlighting is prohibited.

You are eligible for a membership discount through the YMCA. You may go to the YMCA of your choice. The discount is applied to your personal invoice.
Lab Coats
3 monogrammed lab coats will be provided at the beginning of your first year.
