We thank everyone who works in health care for your dedication and commitment to serving our community. To support your colleagues in need, or the emergency needs of St. Mary’s Hospital – Janesville and SSM Health Dean Medical Group – Janesville East, your gifts can be directed to the following funds:

Employee Relief Fund: During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have expanded the criteria for employee relief requests to include those who are impacted by this public health crisis. The fund also remains available for those who are facing other financial or personal hardships.

Emergency Response Fund: This fund will allow us to respond quickly in support the areas of greatest need at St. Mary’s Hospital – Janesville and Dean Medical Group – Janesville East, as determined by our leaders and providers. The care and safety of our frontline health care workers will always be priority.

Greatest Need: Greatest Need funding has the greatest impact on St. Mary’s Hospital – Janesville and Dean Medical Group – Janesville East patients, families and staff each year. These gifts are vital to the work of the Foundation and provide the most flexibility to meet emerging needs.

Print and complete the Employee Giving Form and return it to St. Mary's Foundation - Janesville through mail, interoffice mail or email.
