Stroke Survivor’s Support Group

The Stroke Survivors Support Group is for people who have experienced stroke, families, and friends to learn about stroke prevention, recovery, and more.

We meet every other month from 1 pm to 2 pm in the conference center on the garden level of the health plaza at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital - Jefferson City. Registration is not required.
