Breastfeeding: Off to a Good Start

SSM Health Monroe childbirth educators will share information to assist you with your birth experience. Learn: stages of labor, delivery of your baby, techniques for coping and relieving pain, and choices in childbirth. It is recommended to attend this class between your 28th and 36th week of pregnancy. Support person welcome and encouraged to attend as well.
