Postpartum Care - Madison

SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital - Madison is offering the Caring for Your Newborn class both in-person and virtually. Please check the location of each class listing below to determine if the class is held online or at the hospital.

This class focuses on mom's health after delivery. Topics include physical changes, possible emotional changes for you and your family, the first few days at home with your new baby, exercise, proper nutrition and when to notify your doctor.

Registration Details (PLEASE READ):

• Register only one person. Your registration includes yourself and your support person(s). Do not register your support person(s) separately. 
• Do not register for more than one Postpartum Care class. 
• SSM Health employees receive 50% off all classes. Please call to receive discount code.
• If you are in need of financial assistance to attend a class, please call to discuss special pricing.
• Refunds will be granted for cancelled programs only. 

If attending online, you will receive a calendar invite with the meeting link and outline for the class approximately five days prior to the class via the email you used to sign up.
