Saturday Childbirth Preparation

Expectant parents will learn tools and techniques in this interactive class in preparation for a positive birthing experience. You'll learn about the labor and birth process, including relaxation and breathing techniques used during labor, as well as what to expect after delivery. You will also learn about some important information regarding care of a newborn. A tour of the Labor & Delivery Unit is also included. Dress comfortably, and to facilitate your comfort, you may want to have a pillow.
