Childbirth Education Series Class

Expectant parents will learn tools and techniques in this interactive class in preparation for a positive birthing experience. You'll learn about the labor and birth process, including relaxation techniques during labor, as well as what to expect after delivery. You will also learn some important information regarding newborn care. Classes are generally scheduled on the same weekday evening for 4 consecutive weeks. A tour of the Labor & Delivery Unit is included.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES:
Free for those delivering at SSM Health St. Mary's, so enter MidMo Free in the discount field. It must be typed exactly as we have listed. If you are not delivering at St. Mary's, the fee is $40. Put registration in the mother's name (the support person is automatically registered with the mother's registration). The fee is for a couple or individual registrant.
