How to Give

Thank you for considering a gift to SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation - Madison. One-time or recurring donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. We also accept pledges with payments spread out over 4 years. All gifts can be made ‘In Memory’ or ‘In Living Tribute’ of someone special. Donations can be made online, by mail, by phone, or in-person.

Recurring Gifts

If you would like to set up a monthly, quarterly or annual recurring gift, please call the SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation office at 608-258-5600.

Matching Gifts

Increase the value of your donation to SSM Health St. Mary's Foundation by applying for a matching gift from your employer. This is a great way to provide additional support to SSM Health St. Mary's or SSM Health St. Mary's Care Center at no added cost to you. Check with your employer for details.

In-Kind Donations

Due to space and health safety restrictions, we are unable to accept gifts of plants, furniture, artwork, soft toys, clothes, food or latex balloons.
