PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Application Information

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy (PharmD degree preferred)
- Missouri license or eligibility for one
Required Application Materials

A letter of intent is required as part of the application process. This letter should include:
- Why you want to complete a residency at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis.
- What you hope to gain from residency training.
- Your future career goals.
- Any other information you feel that we should consider while reviewing your application.
