Gifts Take Many Forms

Every donor has their own desires when it comes to supporting non-profit organizations. At SSM Health at Home, we have several ways donors can support our work.

Donations

You can choose a to make a financial donation to the SSM Health at Home Foundation of Wisconsin. When you make a donation, you may choose to direct the donation to a specific fund or to make an unrestricted gift that may be used by the foundation for the area of greatest need.

Guardian Angels Gifts

Patients and loved ones can honor their caregivers through a guardian angel donation to the fund of their choice, ensuring the same quality of care is available to other patients who may not be able to afford it. Guardian angel caregivers are awarded an angel pin and certificate to recognize the outstanding care they provided you. 

Special Events

Looking to have some fun while benefiting a great cause? Our special events may be for you. Contributing an in-kind gift to one of our event silent auctions is always a great way to support our programs through your own personal talents.

Wish Lists

Each SSM Health at Home department has a list of items they are in need of. If you’d like to make a donation to directly purchase one of these items, please call the Foundation Office at 608-276-7589 to learn about our current needs.

Volunteering is Giving, Too

Another way to contribute to SSM Health at Home is through volunteerism. Volunteers are always needed to give their gifts of time. View our volunteer opportunities here.
