Jennifer Starr, FNP, RN earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioners certificate from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As a Registered Nurse, Jennifer has worked for SSM Health Illinois for several years in Palliative Care and Care Coordination.

Jennifer treats patients of all ages for a wide variety of conditions, including routine check-ups, health assessments and screenings, and management of chronic illnesses.
