From the moment you schedule an appointment until your follow up care is complete, the SSM Health team works hard to make sure you have the best experience possible. A few days after you visit one of our facilities, you may receive a survey in the mail, via email, or via text asking for your feedback on your experience. We value your opinion and would love to hear your thoughts. The results of these surveys are used by our teams to identify ways we can improve and how we compare with other hospitals, nationwide and in our respective communities.
